Riad S. Aisami, PhD, founder& president is an Emeritus Professor of Instructional Technology and Global Leadership at Troy University, with 40 years of experience in higher education, faculty development, and workforce training. 

He has published over 25 scholarly works and developed the widely implemented 5D Model for online course planning and teaching. His academic and professional career spans instructional design, distance learning, and global leadership.

 He is also the author of multiple books in English and Arabic on education, U.S.–Middle East relations, and memoir.
